- 3 Bedrooms: Sleeps 6 adults. Rates: $1,200 – $2,900 per night
- 6 Bedrooms: Sleeps 12 adults. Rates: $1,500 – $2,900 per night
All rates are exclusive of 10% service tax and 7% government tax. Extra beds are not permitted beyond full occupancy. Optional additional Barns/Bedroom include Kids Rice Barn (bunk beds for 4 kids) for USD $300 and Honeymoon Suite (for 2 adults) for USD $500. Baby cot provided free of charge. Rates are for a maximum of 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children. Minimum stay is 3 nights (7 nights over Christmas or New Year, 10 nights over both holidays, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter, and Songkran).

Description
Welcome to the true Thai way of living. This beautiful Ayutthaya-style villa offers a luxury, secluded holiday experience ideal for families or friends. Located on an untouched beach in the south of Samui, the villa overlooks the islands of Koh Matsum and Koh Taen and is next to Wat Laem Sor (the Golden Pagoda).
The villa features two pavilions. The first pavilion houses the sleeping accommodation, with three bedrooms decorated with antique furniture and sliding doors to maximize sea views and cooling breezes. The second pavilion includes a large living area with high wooden ceilings, water-hyacinth sofas, a classic solid teak dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. An adjoining TV room is also available.
The open-plan living space leads to an expansive wooden terrace with a unique antique dining table and relaxing sun loungers. Guests can enjoy a candle-lit dinner in the living room or a BBQ on the sea-view terrace.
The sleeping pavilion includes:
- The first bedroom with twin beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub with skylight and an open-air shower.
- The second bedroom, a children’s room with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.
- The third bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and a complete bathroom with a covered bathtub and open-air shower.
Both pavilions offer direct access to a stunning secluded beach on a half-moon bay, surrounded by a lawn of palm trees and a swimming pool. Behind the main house is a private tennis court. In the summer low tide season, the reef becomes dry, opening the beach up to activities like beach volleyball, football, exploring rock pools, and collecting shellfish—ideal for children.
Location
Located on the southern coast of Koh Samui, approximately 35 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the town of Lamai. The villa is situated in a semi-private, secluded bay.
