About the Villa
Villa Mankoot offers a luxurious escape with open-plan interiors and lush gardens. The villa comprises four separate buildings, including a lounging sala, with a total living area of approximately 400 square meters and a 40 square meter swimming pool set in a tropical landscaped garden.
Interior & Living Spaces
The first pavilion houses an airy open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings and fans, creating a light and cool atmosphere overlooking the private swimming pool. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor sala, and lush tropical gardens. Entertainment options include multi-channel satellite TV, DVD/CD players, and Wi-Fi broadband internet connection. Guests also have access to a tennis court at the estate.
Dining & Kitchen
The villa’s dining areas include a distinct kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and glassware for six guests. The spacious first villa provides a delightful setting for indoor dining, while full-length sliding glass doors open to a large terrace for alfresco dining. A personal chef is available at an additional charge.
Outdoor & Pool Area
The 10 by 4 meter private swimming pool features infinity edges, sandstone sunbathing decks with sun-loungers, and umbrellas. The outdoor area is surrounded by lush flowers and tropical foliage, creating a picturesque place to relax and unwind.
Bedrooms
The villa offers three bedrooms in separate buildings. The master bedroom includes both an indoor bathroom and a private outdoor shower. The two other bedrooms adjoin each other (not interconnected) and have en-suite bathrooms, with one double and one twin. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard, featuring full-length sliding glass doors opening onto private verandas overlooking the pool and gardens.

Villa Mankoot is located in the sought-after North East part of Koh Samui, within the private gated Samui Summit Estate. The estate is close to Choeng Mon Beach and just a short drive from the airport, Chaweng Beach, and Bophut Fisherman’s Village.
Staff & Services
Guests at Samui Summit Estate enjoy daily maid service and can request private catering, massage services, and more. The estate provides 24-hour security, CCTV monitoring, and controlled access via an electronic barrier.

Payment Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of 50% of the total is required upon reservation confirmation.
- The balance is due 30 days before arrival (45 days during the Christmas-New Year period).
- Payments should be made by bank transfer, net of all charges.
- Security deposits may be requested on a case-by-case basis.
- Full payment may be requested for reservations within 30 days of arrival.
